13 - ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE

 

A - CENTRANL ADMINISTRATION - ( At the Holy See )

Three Cardinals of the Executive Body control the Administration of the Religion. They are assisted by 3 Principal Archibishops in charge of 9 Religions ministries ( Cuu-Vien ) according to their branches )

a ) - The Prinsipal Archbishop of the Buddhist branch ( Phai-Thai ) takes of Ho-Vien ( Finances ) Luong-Vien ( Supply ) Cong-Vien ( Public Works ) .

b ) - The Prinsipal Archbishop of the Taoist Branch (Phai-Thuong) sees to Hoc-Vien ( Education ), Y-VIEN ( Health ) Nong-Vien ( Agriculture ) .

c ) -  The Prinsipal Archbishop of the Confucianist Branch  ( Phai-Ngoc ) takes care of Lai-Vien ( Interios ) Le-Vien ( Rites ) and Hoa-Vien ( Justice ) .

B - PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION

a ) - Region ( Consisting of several provinces ) headed by a Kham-Tran-Dao ( Chief of Region ) ranking among the Giao-Su ( Brgion ) .

b ) - Province headed by a Kham-Chau-Dao ( Chief of Province ranking among the Giao-Huu. Placed under the control of the Chief of rigion .

c ) - Delegation headed by a Dau-Toc-Dao ( Chief of Delegation ) ranking among the Le-Sanh ( Student Priests ). Under the control of the Chief of Province )

d ) - Village Unit of administration, headed by a Dau-Huong-Dao, ( Chief of village who is a Chan-Tri-Su ( Subdignitary ) He is assisted by a Pho-Tri--Su representing the Execcutive Body and a Thong-Su representing the Kegistative Body . A local Committee helps them .
